• Amy loves to work with clientele who have a plan, possess a strong opinion about their buying and/ or product preferences and who show up at the showroom with a willingness to try new things and change it up, from what they’ve traditionally been comfortable with.
• Although she believes in being, “high tech,” in the future, Amy currently places a heightened importance on being, “high touch,” by creating hundreds of new connections at two Chambers of Commerce, a BNI group (that happens to be hosting an event called Urban Blues) and BNI at Waterhouse BKS soon at the Toledo Home Builders Association. Amy is proud to have knocked on dozens of doors in the business community to make her company a household name along with Perrysburg, OH, a more fun community to work and raise kids in.
• On World Toilet Day in November of 2021, she partnered with 102 local high school students who selected designs from six fellow classmates that were to be painted on toilets and then auctioned off, to support various local causes, in the Toledo area.
• After speaking with her, we’re quite confident that in the 1032 years of experience the past and present employees at Waterhouse BKS have amassed, they’ve never had anyone working with the sass and sizzle that Amy Siders brings to work every day!
• She believes that you are going to be at your workplace, sometimes more frequently than you are at home with your kids, and that during your “gap” year after high school, it’s totally cool to eat Ramen, and pursue your dreams - despite failure being an option, and that having a, “YES” Day with your kids may very well be the coolest thing a mom can do.
